Boarded buildings
Getting into boarded-up buildings with a crowbar, and why it's worth it.
Some buildings are nailed shut from the outside.
- Get a Crowbar.
- Walk up to the door and tap it, or press Use. The prompt says PRY OPEN.
- Stand still while your survivor pries the boards off. Moving or rolling stops it.
Prying is loud: zombies nearby will come to see what it is. And there are always a couple of walkers waiting inside.
Why bother: everything inside a boarded building rolls its loot as if you were 3 levels higher.
