Getting bitten

When your health hits 0 the screen says YOU WERE BITTEN. Tap to wake up.

• You wake up back at the start of the map (the map's respawn spot) with 60 health, and at least 45 hunger and thirst.
• Four hours of game time pass.
• Zombies close to where you wake up are cleared away, and you're protected for a couple of seconds.
• You keep your bag, gear and XP.

In co-op, a friend who is bitten gets back up near the host.
